حَدَّثَنَا بَعْضُ أَشْيَاخِنَا , عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ , عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّ عَبْدًا مِنَ الْجَيْشِ سَرَقَ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْهُ , وَقَالَ : " مَالُ اللَّهِ بَعْضُهُ فِي بَعْضٍ " .
