قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ : أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ , وَعَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ , عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ , عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى , عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نُكِحَتْ بِغَيْرِ إذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ " , ثَلَاثًا .
