أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ رِيَابٍ ، عَنْ كِنَانَةَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ ، قَالَ : حَمَلْتُ حَمَالَةً ، فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلْتُهُ ، فَقَالَ : " يَا قَبِيصَةُ ، الْمَسْأَلَةُ حُرِّمَتْ إلَّا فِي ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٍ تَحَمَّلَ حَمَالَةً فَحَلَّتْ لَهُ الْمَسْأَلَةُ " وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
