قُلْتُ لِلأَوْزَاعِيِّ : الرَّجُلُ يُؤْسَرُ فَيُخَيَّرُ بَيْنَ الْقَتْلِ وَالْكُفْرِ ؟ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ ، سَمِعَ خُصَيْفًا يَذْكُرُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، " إِنَّمَا الرُّخْصَةُ فِي الْقَوْلِ ، وَلَيْسَتِ الرُّخْصَةُ فِي شُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ ، وَتَرْكِ الْعَمَلِ ، أَوْ أَكْلِ الْخِنْزِيرِ ، أَوْ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ لِغَيْرِ الْقِبْلَةِ "
