لا تنكح المرأة بغير أمر وليها فإن نكحت فنكاحها باطل فنكاحها باطل فنكاحها باطل فإن أصابها فلها مهرها بما أصاب منها فإن اشتجروا فالسلطان ولي من لا ولي له
