لا يبولن أحدكم في الماء الدائم ثم يتوضأ منه أخرجه البخاري وفي لفظه ثم يغتسل فيه وأخرجه مسلم وفي لفظه ثم يغتسل منه ووجه حجتهم أنه لو كان فيه البول منعت فالبول كذلك
