قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " دَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ أَرْضَهَا ، وَنَخْلَهَا ، إِلَى أَهْلِيهَا مُقَاسَمَةً عَلَى النِّصْفِ "
