عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ تَرَكَ مَالا فَلأَهْلِهِ ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا ، أَوْ ضِيَاعًا فَإِلَيَّ وَعَلَيَّ ، فَأَنَا أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ "
