المسألة لا تحل إلا لإحدى ثلاث رجل تحمل حمالة فسأل فيها حتى يصيبها ثم يمسك ورجل أصابته جائحة اجتاحت ماله فسأل حتى يصيب سدادا من عيش أو قال قواما من عيش ثم يمسك ورجل أصابته حاجة شديدة فقام ثلاثة من ذوي
