أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَطَاوُسٍ ، أَحْسَبُهُ ، قَالَ : وَمُجَاهِدٌ ، وَالْحَسَنُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ : " وَلا يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ "
