أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ وَهُوَ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلٍ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ إِلا مِنْ إِحْدَى ثَلاثٍ : كُفْرٍ بَعْدَ إِيمَانٍ ، أَوْ زِنًا بَعْدَ إِحْصَانٍ ، أَوْ قَتْلِ نَفْسٍ بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ "
